Call Forwarding

We forward calls from any country to your phone. It can’t be easier since it is manageable through our web application. Select a new country and enter a new number on the Incoming Calls page and it’ll be up and running immediately right after clicking the confirm button.

Web Application

Our web application gives you easy access to anything you would ever need to do with your account, from choosing new phone numbers, activating new features and setting up payment information, to monitoring call logs, retrieving voicemails and setting up call rules. Because it's on the web, you can manage your phone numbers from anywhere in the world, anytime.

Sequential/Simultaneous Ringing

You can set your new virtual number to ring to more than one phone simultaneously or sequentially. Sequential ringing rings each of your phones in the order you prefer and if you want all of your phones ring at once, simultaneous ringing will be the answer. The system automatically delivers calls to the first phone that answers. You can use our web page to set up these features. Our customer support reps can also setting your preferred ringing.

Simultaneous Outgoing Calls

Despite of regular long distance phone cards, you have no limit on making calls from multiple phones via our system. Our system manages every call separately but keeps it within the same account of yours making usage of our system very convenient and seamless

Voicemail

If you are not accessible for any reason, our system does the job for you by recording the voice messages and sending it to your email address. Every email has an audio file attachment that can be hear on any PC or Mac. You can also manage your voice messages through our web application. There’s no expiration date on your messages that you choose to keep.

Call Filtering

You may not want to answer phone calls 24/7 or even answer calls from some specific callers. The call filtering feature helps you to adjust your service to ring in hours that you want to receive calls and not to ring or direct calls to voice mail during off-hours.

Call Log

Check your call logs on the web if you want to have a real time report of incoming and outgoing calls of yours. Our real time call log is connected to your phone book showing stored names instead of only meaningless phone numbers.

Delivery to SIP/VoIP

Our newest feature, the ability to deliver calls from any of our numbers to a VoIP or SIP address lets you take advantage of the cost savings and convenience of VoIP/SIP phones. We have adopted the highest quality protocols and widest range of standards available for this relatively new voice delivery technology.
